Shipping Information:

At Clementina Italy, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our quality products to customers around the globe. Please review the following shipping details:

  1. Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders take between 2 to 12 business days to arrive after they have been processed. These times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing.
  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the time of purchase. Current pricing is €3.45 per order worldwide.
  3. International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges.
 

Returns and Refunds:

At Clementina Italy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

  1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase or a product was made to order (produced for your specific selected design and phone case model or body size), we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund.
  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from damage or signs of wear.
    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, / or may also be sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and / or both.
  3. Return Process:

    a. Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, and the return shipping expenses will be covered by us.

    b. Non-Faulty Items: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than it being faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

  4. Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Exchange requests are subject to availability.
